Protein-Packed Avocado Toast

What You'll Need

  • 2 slices of multigrain bread, toasted
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Place toast in toaster; toast to preference
  2. Add 2 tbsp. of oil to a skillet and cook on medium/low until the oil is hot
  3. Place frozen patties into skillet and top each with 1 tbsp. oil
  4. Brown for 2.5 minutes each side until warm throughout
  5. Top the bread with avocado
  6. Drizzle with oil and lemon juice
  7. Place warm patties onto toast
  8. Top with red pepper flakes and salt to taste
  9. Serve and enjoy!
