Alpha Breakfast Sandwich – Alpha Foods | Plant-Based Convenience
- 2 Alpha Foods Sausage Patty’s
- 2 English Muffins
- 2 slices of extra firm Tofu, ½”
- Pinch of turmeric
- Pinch of salt
- Vegan Cheese
- 1 tbsp plant-based Mayo
- Tomato, 2 slices
- Handful of fresh spinach
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Cut the tofu into ½ inch slices, place on a paper towel and press gently to remove any excess moisture.
- Heat oil under medium heat, add tofu blocks and cook for 2 minutes. Flip, add a pinch of turmeric and salt, then cook another 3 minutes or until firm.
- Spread the top layer of the English muffin with mayo, then assemble the sandwich by adding a handful of spinach, followed by the tofu, Alpha Patty, cheese and tomato.
