Breakfast Croissant

What You'll Need

  • 2 croissants, preferably fresh
  • 4 Alpha Breakfast Sausage patties
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 head of lettuce, preferably butter lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise (vegan or regular)


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F
  2. Slice the croissants
  3. Slice the red pepper and green onion into thin slices
  4. Place the croissants on a baking tray and heat in the oven for 5 minutes
  5. While croissants are warming, add 2 tbsp. of oil to a skillet and cook on medium/low until the oil is hot
  6. Place frozen patties into skillet and top each with 1 tbsp. oil
  7. Brown for 2.5 minutes each side until warm throughout
  8. Place warm patties onto croissants, using two patties per croissant
  9. Top with red pepper slices, green onion, a leaf of lettuce and a tbsp. of mayonnaise
  10. Serve and enjoy!
