Crispy Chick’n Parmigiana

What You'll Need

  • 2 Alpha Crispy Chick’n breasts
  • 1 package of cooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup of pasta sauce
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese*
  • Parsley, chopped

* substitute Biolife dairy-free cheese to create a vegan-friendly meal


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F
  2. Add 2 tbsp. of oil to a skillet and cook on medium/low until the oil is hot
  3. From frozen, place Alpha Crispy Chick’n breasts into skillet and top each with 1 tbsp. oil
  4. Brown for 2.5 minutes each side until warm throughout, then set aside
  5. Pour past sauce into a baking dish
  6. Place Alpha Crispy Chick’n breasts into dish
  7. Top with shredded cheese
  8. Place baking dish in oven until cheese is melted (about 5 minutes)
  9. Serve over spaghetti and enjoy!
