Grilled Chick’n Salad

What You'll Need

  • Alpha Chick’n Strips
  • Salad mix, preferably with arugula
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 handful baby tomatoes, cut into halves
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Add 2 tbsp. of oil to a skillet and cook on medium/low until the oil is hot
  2. From frozen, place Alpha Chick’n Strips into skillet and top each with 1 tbsp. oil
  3. Brown for 2.5 minutes each side until warm throughout
  4. Place zucchini slices on skillet and cook until lightly browned, about 2 minutes each side
  5. Put salad mix, sliced red onion and sliced baby tomatoes into serving bowl
  6. Add grilled zucchini and Alpha Chick’n Strips
  7. Top with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste
  8. Serve and enjoy!
